I love to cook. In the business of everyday life, it's not often I have realistic time to find a recipe for dinner and go to the store before the sun goes down, and not to mention, by the time I'm already hungry. And in those moments, I usually end up cooking my usual healthy go-to's, but those sometimes become.. well, boring. I was recently introduced to Marley Spoon (who is now partnered with Martha Stewart), a service that provides chef invented recipes and pre-measured, seasonal ingredients right to your doorstep. Choosing between a Two Person box or Family box & two, three, or four meals a week, the price per serving starts as low as $8.70. That's less than you would spend at the market, and that doesn't even consider the convenience that comes with it. After cooking my first meal, (Broiled Chicken and Artichokes with Chickpea Couscous, pictured above) I am completely hooked. Not only was the cooking process super easy, but they even provide you with a step-by-step recipe that you can save for later. And holy shii..... it was delicious. With new recipes every week, you can bet this will be the first of many Marley Spoon meals cooking in my kitchen.
