My Stay At Arrive Hotel In Palm Springs

Earlier last week I drove out to Palm Springs for some much needed R&R. After a busy NYFW, a few days in the desert sounded ideally perfect. I drove up to ARRIVE hotel and immediately fell in love. With modern architecture and an open concept, this hotel was already making my cool list. To give you a glimpse of how cool they are, read their FAQ's and get a good laugh. After checking in, the first thing I did was head to breakfast. With an amazing restaurant called Reservoir on property, it truthfully was hard to feel the need to leave. I ordered the 'Not-So-Country Breakfast'* the first morning and ended craving it for the remainder of the trip. *must order. I am still craving it. While on typical vacations I have to leave my dog behind, but I was happy to learn that ARRIVE is dog-friendly! Not only do they allow dogs, but no weight or breed restrictions either! All dogs welcome! With a one time $50 cleaning fee, your pup gets a welcome bag filled with a collapsable bowl, a toy, treats, and a doggie bag dispenser for your leash. Long story short, they treat your pets like guest.

While at breakfast, I got a text that my room was ready and to head to the front desk (which is located at the bar)whenever it was convenient. They do all of their customer service through text, which is awesome. Anything you need, you text and they are on it. I used it a few times, even to ask what brand the mattress was in the room. It was THAT comfortable I had to ask, and not only did they tell me the name and style number, but they sent me a link where to buy it! Talk about quality customer service.

The rooms are perfect. With a huge XL king bed, open concept bathroom, rain shower, Malin & Goetz bath products, and a private patio with a fire pit, I was overwhelmingly satisfied.  They even have Palm Springs Field Guides in every room, goodbye Yelp. After dropping my things off in the room, I came back to the pool and got my free 'Welcome' drink (any drink you from the bar) and relaxed poolside enjoying the warm Palm Springs sun. I would be lying if I said I didn't spent a good amount of time there. The hotel has both a pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by fire pits, private cabanas, bocce ball and ping-pong tables. It's so easy to spend your relaxing hours there. They even can bring you food from the restaurant if you please.

The following morning I headed over to their coffee shop, Customs Coffee, for a fresh coffee and to catch up on a few emails. The most amazing thing about ARRIVE is not only everything (haha) okay, but seriously, you never have to leave. With a restaurant, coffee shop, ice cream shop, and craft brewery just a few steps away, you are totally taken care of. While work for me is super rewarding and I am so thankful for my job, having a vacation where I can just relax and enjoy myself doesn't come often. I always try to squeeze in ways to overwork, but at ARRIVE I felt relaxed just as a real vacation should. Five stars, ARRIVE, five stars.

My pup Clyde agrees too.
